1 week ago - 1 week ago - Austin, TX I was very impressed by the quality and feel of these Gaba sofa pieces. From ordering to delivery and "assembly," it was all a breeze. It's nice to see a company that just comes off as doing what they do, perfectly. The sofa is very nice and fairly comfy. The seats and cushions are very heavy, and I'm a little concerned about how well they will wear and whether there will be sagging. The fabric has a nice feel to it, almost like it's got a touch of suede to it. The gray has a little blue in it too. I love the look, especially how low it sits. I used the corner chair, the armless section and the ottoman to create a sort of chaise sofa. Because of how low it is and the armless size, I was able to make a pretty large sofa fit in a smaller room and not seem overwhelming.
1 month ago - jamaica plain, MA Bought a corner piece and an ottoman to create a chaise lounge for a weird spot in my living room. It looks great, like a chair and a half, and is big enough for an extra bed. I like the flexibility of the modular concept and may add pieces over time. Note the scale of these pieces is quite large. Like other reviewers, I love the fabric. It has some texture and is visually interesting up close but feels soft/suede-y. The gull gray is a blueish gray, very pretty. There is literally no assembly - just remove from the (giant!) box- so don't pay extra for that.
